Menuju Holistik Pembelajaran Campuran (Blended Learning)

Abstract


Blended Learning/hybrid learning atau pembelajaran campuran disinyalir memiliki beberapa kelemahan intrinsik, di antaranya melupakan domain afektif dalam pembelajaran.Blended learning juga diduga kuat ikut menyebabkan tumbuhnya generasi yang belakangan disebut ‘digital native’. Selain itu, model ini juga terindikasi hanya dapat “menambah nilai” ketika difasilitasi oleh tenaga pendidik yang memiliki keterampilan interpersonal, handal, dan melek menggunakan teknologi. Dengan demikian, blended learning sesungguhnya masih belum berbasis pada sebuah teori yang koheren.
Melalui pendekatan naratif dan fenomenologis tulisan berikut akan mengungkapkan beberapa kelemahan ini, sembari menggagas konsepsi blended learning yang berwawasan holistik. Diharapkan melalui konstruksi ini, kelemahan-kelemahan blended learning dapat ditekan atau dihilangkan.
