Article Processing Charges (APCs)

Article Submission charges: IDR 0 ( USD 0)

We have been receiving a lot of submitted articles to be reviewed and edited. In this case, we need more resources (editors, peer-reviewers, web maintenance, XML galley editors, etc) to work better and effective. In another case, we do not have 'strong' funding support. For the reasons, we hardly charge authors IDR 300.000 (USD 20) for one accepted article. The payment method will be informed by the editors after the publication.

The APCs is used for final proofreading of English, plagiarism check, DOI, XML galley, one copy of the print-out journal,  and editing process. In case the authors are not able to afford the APCs, they could propose the waiver policy to the editor in chief. In the proposal, please explain your eligibility to have the policy.

Screening for Plagiarism

The article must below 20% of plagiarism. Dimasejatiuses PlagiarismCheckerX to scan papers for detecting plagiarism. Thus, Appropriate citations and quotations should be used.

Plagiarism includes:

  1. The word for word Plagiarism. The author uses the words of other authors (exactly) without mentioning the source.
  2. Plagiarism over the source. The author uses the idea of others without giving enough recognition (without mentioning the source expressly).
  3. Plagiarism of Authorship. The author acknowledged as the author of the paperwork of others.
  4. Self Plagiarism. Included in this type are authors publish one article in more than one editor of the publication. And recycle paper/papers. That is important in self-plagiarism is that when taking his own works, then the creation of new works produced must have a meaningful change. This means that the old Works is a small part of the new works were produced. So readers will get new stuff, which is really the author of pour on the paper using the old paper

The editors may confer with other editors or reviewers in making this decision.

Disclosure and conflicts of interest

Unpublished materials disclosed in a submitted manuscript must not be used in an editor's own research without the express written consent of the author.

Duties of Reviewers

Contribution to Editorial Decisions

Peer review assists the editor in making editorial decisions and through the editorial communications with the author may also assist the author in improving the paper.

Confidentiality

Any manuscripts received for review must be treated as confidential documents. They must not be shown to or discussed with others except as authorized by the editor.

Standards of Objectivity

Reviews should be conducted objectively. Personal criticism of the author is inappropriate. Referees should express their views clearly with supporting arguments.

Acknowledgment of Sources

Reviewers should identify relevant published work that has not been cited by the authors. Any statement that an observation, derivation, or argument had been previously reported should be accompanied by the relevant citation. A reviewer should also call to the editor's attention any substantial similarity or overlap between the manuscript under consideration and any other published paper of which they have personal knowledge.

Disclosure and Conflict of Interest

Reviewers should not consider manuscripts in which they have conflicts of interest resulting from competitive, collaborative, or other relationships or connections with any of the authors, companies, or institutions connected to the papers.

Disclosure and Conflicts of Interest

All authors should disclose in their manuscript any financial or another substantive conflict of interest that might be construed to influence the results or interpretation of their manuscript. All sources of financial support for the project should be disclosed.
