Author Guidelines
The Guidelines for the Manuscript
1. The manuscript has never been published / published in other media, typed with double spacing on A4 paper with the letter Time New Romans size 12, the number of pages is 15-25 pages, be equipped: mazimum of the title is 14 words (Indonesian and English), abstract as much as 150- 200 words (Indonesian and English), and three to five words of the keyword in Indonesian.
2. Manuscripts that may be contained in this journal include reviews, ideas or research results on Islamic Economic law.
3. The article contains the title, the name of the author (without an academic degree), author's institution, address, email, abstract (150-200 words), keywords (keywords), introduction containing background, aim, introduction, discussion, Bibliography.
4. Referral sources in articles are written in footnote form. The composition of the writing is: the name of the author (not reversed), the title of the book (italic), print to (cet.), Publisher city, publisher name, and year of publication. The terms op.cit., Loc.cit., And ibid. not used here
5. The manuscript is typed with regard the rules on the use of punctuation and spelling which is contained in General Guidelines for Enhanced Indonesian Spelling
6. The article is sent in the form of soft copy (file doc or rtf or docx) to the editorial board of the JournalAl Mustashfa
7. The editor does not return a manuscript that is not published.
8. Delivery of the manuscript accompanied by address, telephone number, fax and e-mail. The published or rejection of the manuscript will be notified in writing. Scripts that are not published will not be returned, except at the author's request. To the author given 3 copies of the journal as a proof of published.
9. Transliteration Guidance
The writing of foreign terms (not yet absorbed in the Indonesian language) derived from Arabic uses the following provisions:
a. Single Consonant:ث | = | ṡ | ض | = | ḍ |

خ | = | kh | ظ | = | ẓ |
ذ | = | ż | ع | = | ‘ |
ز | = | z | غ | = | gh |
س | = | s | ه | = | h |

b. Double Consonant, which is marked by tasydīd or syaddah, is written in double letters as well.
تعبّد = ta‘abbud
خلاّف = Khallāf
c. Ta `marbūṭah in end word (when turned off) written/h/.
قراءة معاصرة = qirā’ah mu‘āṣirah
This provision does not apply to certain lafaz-lafaz which has been commonly known or has been absorbed into the Indonesian language, such as' illat, mu'amalat, zakat, and so on.
d. Short vocals, fatah written / a /, kasrah written / i /, and ḍammah written / u /.
e. Long vocal are written as follows:
fatḥah = ā, for example: الإباحة = al-ibāḥah
kasrah = ī, for example: التشريع = al-tasyrī‘
ḍammah = ū, for example: الأصول = al-uṣūl
f. Double Vocals (diftong) in form:
fatḥah + yā mati ditulis ay, for example: غير معقول المعنى = ghayr ma‘qūl al-ma‘nā
fatḥah + wawu mati ditulis aw, for example: فى ثوبه = fī ṡawbih.
g. The provisions of writing the clause al (alif and lam), which are used here, whether followed by the letters qamariyyah and syamsiyyah are still written as is (al), for example:
الفقه = al-fiqh
الشريعة = al-syarī‘ah
h. Writing words in phrase or sentence sequences are written based on word-for-word writing, for example:
الإحكام في أصول الأحكام = al-Iḥkām fī Uṣūl al-Aḥkām

Authors are required to pay an Article Submission Fee as part of the submission process to contribute to review costs.
Fast-Track Review: 0.00 (IDR)
With the payment of this fee, the review, editorial decision, and author notification on this manuscript is guaranteed to take place within 4 weeks.
Article Publication: 150.00 (IDR)
If this paper is accepted for publication, you will be asked to pay an Article Publication Fee to cover publications costs.
If you do not have funds to pay such fees, you will have an opportunity to waive each fee. We do not want fees to prevent the publication of worthy work.
