Kerangka Operasional Berbantuan Kecerdasan Artifisial bagi Guru Vokasi dalam Merancang Pembelajaran Berbasis Produk

Abstract
Dalam pendidikan vokasi, capaian pembelajaran, tujuan, aktivitas, produk, penilaian, dan refleksi belum terintegrasi dalam satu alur yang koheren. Kecerdasan buatan generatif (*generative AI*) memungkinkan guru menyusun draf materi pembelajaran dan instrumen penilaian, meskipun penggunaannya sering kali hanya sebatas menghasilkan konten tanpa memengaruhi pengambilan keputusan pedagogis. Inisiatif pengabdian masyarakat ini memperkuat pemanfaatan AI oleh guru di SMK Negeri 1 Bulakamba melalui pelatihan perancangan pembelajaran berbasis produk. Metode yang digunakan adalah lokakarya peningkatan kapasitas yang diikuti oleh 90 peserta terdaftar; evaluasi dilakukan menggunakan 17 butir pernyataan berskala Likert yang mencakup aspek materi, penyampaian, dan profesionalisme narasumber, serta tiga pertanyaan terbuka yang dijawab oleh 18 responden. Skor rata-rata keseluruhan mencapai 4,53 dari 5, dengan 97,1% penilaian berada pada angka 4 atau 5 (dari 18 responden atau 20,0% peserta terdaftar); penyusunan *prompt* serta penggunaan ChatGPT untuk menghasilkan sumber belajar dan butir soal dinilai sebagai aspek yang paling bermanfaat. Responden mengharapkan waktu praktik langsung yang lebih banyak, tempo kegiatan yang lebih stabil, dan *prompt* yang spesifik untuk mata pelajaran tertentu. Inisiatif ini juga menghasilkan kerangka kerja operasional AIVDL yang dikembangkan oleh narasumber, yang mencakup penyelarasan kompetensi, kasus industri kontekstual, perancangan berbantuan AI, aktivasi pembelajaran mendalam (*deep learning*), penilaian berbasis kinerja, dan siklus perbaikan reflektif, serta skenario lintas kompetensi yang berbasis pada komoditas lokal telur asin. Mengingat bukti yang diperoleh didasarkan pada persepsi peserta, hasil ini belum dapat memastikan adanya peningkatan kompetensi yang bersifat kausal.
